How is the audit delivered?
Your report is generated automatically and emailed as a PDF within 15–60 minutes of payment confirmation. You'll receive a download link directly to your inbox.
Do I need to give you access to my website?
No. Our audit is entirely external and non-intrusive. We only need your public URL — no CMS access, hosting credentials, or analytics access required.
Can I audit a competitor's website?
Yes. Any publicly accessible URL can be audited. Many agencies use GeoGoal to audit client and competitor sites.
What does email support include?
Email support (included with Standard and Pro plans) covers: explaining your report scores, advising on which fixes to prioritise, and technical implementation guidance. We do not write code or make changes to your site directly. Response time is 24–48 hours on business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the automated nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds once an audit has been initiated. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we'll resolve it.
